The Elephant Bag is made a on a “treadle” Singer sewing machine by Ugandan women. The beautiful fabric is hand dyed batik, with elephant images. The bag measures approximately 40 inches around, and 12 inches deep. The padded strap measures 38-42 inches. The lining is a beautiful durable print, and has five inside pockets, one with a zipper closure. And we have added 18-20 of our beautiful jumbo beads around the opening. You will love this handbag and it will hold just about everything you need!

I LOVE this bag! I bought on at a women’s conference earlier this year and now ordered another for my Mom as a gift. Great space, smaller side pockets to keep little items in reach. The padded strap is a huge plus! I highly recommend it!!!

I bought my back in Davenport Iowa at the Bix festival. I spotted it on display and Immediately fell in love with it. I am VERY frugal and it took me a while to spend the $50. I am glad I did! I threw my heavy, small purse that was killing my neck and shoulders (I have a very back neck) into the bag and slung it across my body… immediate relief. Yay!
The bag is a beautiful print, sturdy construction, and very roomy! My only complaint is that I am a small stature woman (5’2″) and the strap is a bit long on my body and the bag hangs too low. I will likely have it altered… but I hate to alter such a beautiful bag! I hope they come out with a mini version of this bag for more every day use… I would buy one IMMEDIATELY (hint hint).

I purchased the Elephant bag in March, 2015. Over the past 7 minths, I have taken the bag on numerous trips. The pockets in the bag are an asset, not to mention the shoulder stra, it is great. I would highly recommend this bag!
